Produced naturally by bees from the pollen of a great variety of flowers, two available grades are found: White wax and Yellow wax.
Yellow wax is the purified wax from the honeycomb of the bee; White wax is the result of bleaching and purifying Yellow wax by natural (light/air) or chemical means.

Yellow wax is a soft and slightly greasy substance of pleasant odour. Its appearance shifts from light yellow to dark grey. White wax is less greasy and its odour is not as intense as that of yellow wax.
Bees wax isn't soluble in water, slightly soluble in cold alcohol, partly soluble in hot alcohor and completely soluble in turpentine and clorophorm.
